ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to approval. Order by phone, USPS mail or via our web site at www.HeartsMindsandMusic.com.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our terms are Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
RETURNS FOR CREDIT
Hearts, Minds and Music, Inc. must authorize all requests for returns. Call or write Hearts, Minds and Music, Inc. for return authorization.
No merchandise will be accepted, or credit issued, without an authorized RMA number. Send product to the attention of the Returns Department with the RMA number clearly visible on all boxes returned. A $10 fee will apply to product returned without an authorized RMA number.
Credit for returns will be issued subject to our inspection. Rejected RMA's will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Credit will not be issued for freight charges on shipments that are refused or undeliverable due to customers that are not present when delivery attempts are made.
RMA numbers will expire 30 days from the date it was issued.
All claims must be made within ten days from receipt of product.
REVISIONS & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Hearts, Minds and Music, Inc. reserves the right to revise and correct typographical errors, including pricing errors in our catalogs or other materials. If a product is listed with incorrect information or price due to typographical error, Hearts, Minds and Music, Inc. has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

All logos and trade names on our products, within our catalogs and on other printed materials are respective trademarks of their corporations.
UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS AND ACTS OF GOD
We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped complete and on time. Delivery time can be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as a raw material shortage or shipping delays. We make every effort to maintain adequate inventories in our distribution centers to allow for the unexpected. However, shortages of raw materials or surges in demand may deplete our stock. In such cases, we will continue to give you the best possible service. We cannot be liable for delays resulting from Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond our control.
